UNLSH's mission is to provide hands-on learning and leadership opportunities to students and communities in south Douglas County, Oregon by providing educators with resources, training, and mentorship to develop natural science curriculum.
Students are immersed in real-life science education both inside and outside of the classroom, helping students discover their potential to
further their education in natural sciences and become community leaders in stewardship.
With the understanding that "it takes a village," we proudly partner with local schools, organizations, and businesses to create a foundation of support and a wider reach of access for students and communities.
